When four generations come together on a vacation you know you’re going to hear some great stories and make some great memories. My favorite story from vacationing with these 80-year-youngs in Grayton Beach was hearing how they started dating. He was fresh out of the seminary and she was setting up blind dates for him. One night his date canceled and she decided to fill in, the rest is history!

Have you ever seen a live sand dollar? This was my first time and I couldn’t help but pick them up and look at them! It was the weirdest thing to feel them moving in your hand. Grayton Beach also had a crazy amount of the little white sand dollars that are fun to take home as souvenirs.

Grayton Beach is a great spot for families, couples and solo trips. The beach is, as you can see, crazy beautiful and the surrounding towns have some great shops and things to do! Stay tuned as I’ll be sharing pictures from our 2018 trip to the same area soon!
